The project WALLS / Dub Renaissance is an experiment created for the festival ” Le Mura Disvelate “, held in Padua in September 2013.
The festival has promoted shows around the sixteenth century walls of the city, regarded as the boundary between the ancient and the modern age.
With this idea in mind, and in collaboration with the video artist Alessandro Martinello, I created a live set inspired by Dub and Electronica using samples of ancient music from the early 1500’s.
The result is an abstract journey through a world suspended between archeology and science fiction.
